Although every culture has it's own share of beautiful people, the Dutch are among the most attractive (and tall) women of any culture. The portrait is a beautiful depiction of a Dutch/Northern European woman, with sharp and clean painted details and a style. The painting was crafted on a traditional canvas, and is protected by a solid wood frame. The frame measures: 8 5/8 inches tall and 14 5/8 inches wide. It is a medium-sized piece, perfect for any art collection. The painting is handmade. It is beautiful and well crafted. My only negative comment is that the artist is not known. As well painted as this original oil painting is, I would have been proud to call it my own if I had actually painted it. This piece is a must-have for any art lover, and is sure to add elegance to any room. If you love the composition, you will equally love the condition. The condition is quite excllent. Do take note of the eyes. Many have said that the eyes are the windows to the soul. If that's true, the view of this young woman is quite stellar. She is lovely and all of her features, not just her eyes, speak to a heritage of elegance and beauty.
