Boards are sound, spine is straight, binding remains tight, hinges and joints are taut, and corners are sharp. Interior is immaculate - pages are crisp, fresh, and bright. No markings, foxing, tears, stains, or wrinkles. Dust jacket shows toning to edges and spine panel, a small, closed tear to the bottom edge of spine panel, a small hole to the edge of the back panel, and the edge of the front panel has a scratch. Still, title and illustrations are mainly unaffected, and remain vibrant. Jacket is unclipped, though in the second state the price is missing from interior flap. First edition, second state.
