It is from the Minneapolis district and has been graded by PCGS as Very Fine 35PPQ. It is a star note on Minneapolis, which is much harder to get than the non-star variety. There are only 28 known to exist. During the depression Roosevelt ordered a bank holiday and shut down the banks for a day. At that time the BEP used paper that was slated to print nationals and printed Federal Reserve Bank notes in a hurry. This is one of those emergency notes.
