It is from the Dallas district and has been graded 65PPQ by PCGS. If you are looking for a generic $5 FRBN in gem uncirculated condition, this is not a good note to get. Dallas is a tougher district to get in uncirculated condition that districts like New York, Chicago, or Cleveland. But if you need a Dallas, you should get it. The $5 is the only denomination of FRBN for which the Dallas district is more available in uncirculated! During the depression Roosevelt ordered a bank holiday and shut down the banks for a day.
