There are two notes with similar obverses: the 1891 and the 1908. This is the open back with the blue seal. It is called the tombstone note because the portrait frame looks like a tombstone.The Freidberg number is 304. This is a great note for a type set. It is a relatively tough type and difficult to obtain in this grade. This note is graded by PMG as Extremely Fine 45.
