It is from 1917 and is a $2 Legal Tender note with signatures of Speelman and White. That makes it Freidberg number 60. It has been graded Gem Uncirculated 65PPQ by PCGS. The Premium Paper Quality means that this note has not been cleaned or pressed like many of the raw notes you see on eBay.
