He liked wearing soccer jerseys and for a period of almost 6 years he wore nothing but soccer jerseys from clubs all over the planet. He would search high and low on eBay, Amazon, Soccer websites and our local MLS stadiums for jerseys he could wear, instead of real clothes or anything that even remotely resembled a T-shirt. The Grumpy’s as a couple decided this was far better than making him feel bad for not being like the other kids. As far as we could tell the other kids at school were little turds anyway. Grumpy Jr has grown out of the soccer jerseys phase and moved on to other kinds of shirts these days, but he’s allowing his parents to put his old FC gear on eBay to see if it generates enough $ to support his diecast car collecting in any way.
