Freight companies drivers are not responsible for any unpacking, disposing of materials, or any setup of instruments. If appointments or a call is needed before delivery, it’s the customer’s responsibility to inform us before we schedule pickups. Deliveries to residences or limited truck access include additional fees and must be arranged with your salesperson before you place the order for a new estimated cost. Shipping Damages: We pack every order with care and are professionally packed but there is always a chance that items arrive damaged. Since these products contain delicate electronics and components, should there be any damage in shipping, contact us immediately. 3) Payments/ Financing: Payments must be received within 3 days. Unless notified, unpaid items will result in cancellation and relisted again. We don’t hold onto unpaid items unless we receive a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
