Description: A very rare example of a famous vintage pair of AR-4x speakers. Serial #'s (FX76626 & FX76836) These sold for $130.00 a pair in 1967: That's $1,245.87 in today's dollars. These are a one owner all original pair. Brand new potentiometers professionally installed . The woofers were properly installed with new sealant to ensure the best sound quality. The cabinets, grills, and badges are all 100% original and unrestored. The factory papers are still attached to the backs and in surprisingly good condition. The cabinets and grills do show signs of age ( 57 years old ) and use.
