Description: This is a hard to find vintage Railroad Lantern with its original finish made by Adams & Westlake (A&W or Adlake) for the “New York Central” railroad. Clear globe is embossed with the Kopp glass Co. “K” within a circle trademark. The globe is physically etched (not acid) NYCS” and has minor flea bites associated with normal usage & several air bubbles to attest to its authenticity. Lantern is the A&W model #300 & has a #400 wick adjuster & fount with a locking bail & is stamped “NYCS” (New York Central System). Buyer pays flat rate of $14.99 for S&H.
