Description: Here's a neat device if you're a frequent traveler. It's a mounting bracket to hold a tablet or phone securely on a plane so you can watch videos without having to try and balance your device at an angle on the tray table. You extend the legs vertically and spread them so that they sit tight in the corners of the magazine pocket/slot in the seat/bulkhead in front of you. The pocket will take the weight of your device safely even during periods of turbulence. The vertical arm extends the screen up to a convenient height and allows precise adjustment of the viewing angle etc. You can also extend the legs horizontally - as shown in the photos - to use the device as a tabletop stand. This is a very expensive, well-engineered gadget and is made from quality metal components and should last many years. A pair of Allen keys to set the friction of the joints are included. The clamp accepts devices between about 6 and 8 inches wide, so check the size of your device before purchasing. The clamp head rotates so that could represent either the height or the width. What I like about this device is that it works well in the bulkhead seats, which are normally less than ideal when it comes to watching your own video as you have no seat back or tray table in front of you. In my experience there's always a pocket or slot to hold the safety briefing card that can be used to contain this bracket.
