Description: Really great 80s piece. Black velvet long sleeve top with lace up back. Right sleeve is missing button as seen in photos. Currently has safety pin holding it together. Black lace up back is also a little stretched due to age and some wear to buttons. Please see photos. Polka dot tulle skirt has some light staining in the back tried to capture as best I could through photos. Will try to take better photos once I have better light.
