This would also great to repurpose to use as a note book holder. Interior has: Metal clip to hold citation book in use with movable sheet metal divider. Behind this writing area is a pocket to store completed citations or papers. Opposite side Center metal clasp and a second pocket for storage of completed citations or papers. Along spine is a 6 ring clasp for a booklet.Front cover has a storage pocket for citations or papers.Center flap also has a metal clip for an additional ticket / citation book.Constructed of heavy cowhide.
