This "note" is on hard posterboard and measures roughly 4" x 8" and is in purple ink. Awesome piece that has a lot of Schacht's handwriting mentioning how Schacht had pitched against Babe Ruth in 1914 when Ruth was with Baltimore (Schacht was with Newark).
