Missing hands and winding key. Clock will run for short periods (several seconds to a few minutes, but usually for a few to several seconds), rocking the clock gently will start it. Needs to be cleaned and lubed. I drizzled a little light fluid around gear faces to loosen up the old lube and got it to run for a bit, I kept rockling it when it stopped and at one point it ran for a few or more hours, but now it's back to running mainly for a few/several seconds but sometimes it runs longer). I had inserted a tooth pick into the hole for the minute post so I could verify it was actually keeping time and running. The front mounting plate is about 4.25" x 4.25". The dial is 1.5".
