Other: Early Wilson view of Dryburgh Abbey from the East near Dryburgh, Scotland on the River Tweed. This is where the tomb of Sir Walter Scott can also be found. George Washington Wilson (1823-1893) of Aberdeen was one of the most prolific photographers in Scotland and England at this time. His views of the Scottish and English countryside and European ruins are second to none. Over 40,000 glass plate negatives produced by G.W.
