The wheel is straight with smooth bearings. This has a very thick and heavy duty Axle 14mm (Non-Standard). There is some minor surface rust on the metal parts, dings, dents, scratches may also be present (See pictures of the wheel for greater details). The wheel is straight and true. Bell Kevlar Tire (helps reduce flats) takes 40 - 65 psi tire pressure with estimated +90% tread. Overall, wheel is clean, in good condition, and works very well.
