This is a first printing, and is a variant cover featuring wraparound cover artwork by John Romita Jr. This issue features the first appearance of Yuri Watanabe, who becomes Wraith, who will appear in the 'Spider-Man : Noir' series on Amazon Prime. The issue also features the wedding of Aunt May and J. Jonah Jameson. The 104-page issue features no reprints, and includes "the Spider-Man covers you will never see" by Jeph Loeb, Ed McGuinness, Matt Fraction, Brian Michael Bendis, Mike McKone, Andy Lanning, and Klaus Janson. This copy would grade at around FN/VF, with light general handling and shipping wear. There are small spider creases on the spine of the front cover, finger bends on the covers, multiple areas of light scuffs on the covers, indentations along the top edge of the back cover (one of which affects several interior pages), wear along the bottom edge of the back cover, and other light marks. The pictures show the actual copy that the winner will receive. The issue will be bagged and boarded, and will be carefully packed for shipping.
