Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage a large chunk is missing out of the cover it has a couple inches of spine splitting flaking around the edges of the pages it is missing a large chunk out of the cover and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
