American character doll 18" 1951-1961 Sweet Sue?

Description: Here we have today is a vintage American character doll, I think is it a sweet sue. This doll is 18" tall and I think from 1951-1961. Doll is in vintage condition, her head does still move when her legs move, she has red hair which needs more attention. She has working sleepy eyes, there are marks and scuffs to the doll which may come off with a better cleaning, I did not see any chips or cracks to her and she looks like she has faded. Doll comes with clothes seen in the photos, I think they are original, they are in good vintage condition, just need a good cleaning. The snaps to her dress work, the elastic is in poor condition and she does have stains to her under pants. Her socks have stains and her shoes are cracked.
