If it is cut they did a very good job because it's adorable on her. It is mostly straight with a curl at the bottom. No tangles or knots. Smooth to the touch. Please see the photos She has her original Star print dress Purple jacket with zipper and star on it Glitter silver leggings Blue tulle skirt, elastic waist band, with silver stars all over it Pink glitter shoes She is in excellent preloved condition. I only see a small mark on the back of her left leg. Looks like a tiny bruise. See pics above. This is one of my favorite dolls that I have seen from American Girl.
