Description: Item powers on and has "please wait" on the screen and makes a beeping sound. Item has not been tested beyond this point. Looks to be in very good clean condition. Battery compartment is clean and looks like it was never used. Outer carrying case has some marks and spots and such even though it has been cleaned. Original power cord is included but has some electrical tape newly placed on lightly frayed areas. Looks like a crack in a hinge but item still functions properly.
