Description: ANGENIEUX 120 BDA, 12mm-120mm Zoom Lens, f/2.2, Type 10x12 B, Bolex H16 RX Smooth focus and diaphragm rings and zoom crank. Exterior optics clean and in excellent condition. Interior optics show some signs of haze or balsam separation or dust or fungus, not sure which tbh.This can create lower contrast, increased flaring or ghosting in certain lighting conditions or lower sharpness. This model featured a small battery-powered auto diaphragm, it's untested. The above link has the most online info that I can find about this specific Angenieux lens and while it doesn't explain this feature, my assumption is the auto diaphragm was a motorized mechanism that automatically adjusted the aperture of the lens. It works just fine manually, its just a quirky biproduct of the design. Otherwise, I'd consider removing from lens if I didn't want to use it as an accessory or just leave on. I'm not familiar with that process if its a simple set screw or something else. Included front and back caps. Serial #1282744
