A great volume to have, it includes: information on Napoleon Bonaparte, declaring himself Emperor of France, the war between Britain and Spain, Travels in China from Peking to Canton by Barrow, Descriptionof the copper mines and works in the Island of Anglesea from Bingle, This volume is packed with interesting articles of history, politics, natural history from the year 1804 - a great volume to own. Half bound in leather over marbled boards. Gilt title lettering on blocks to the spine. Boards remain firm. Board edges are rubbed. Spine ends are bumped. This book is in very good condition, pages are generally clean and bright, it is tightly bound with no loose or missing pages.[vi], 992, [15]pp. 23cm x 14cm. Postage and packing : I know that you will be looking forward to receiving your order, each book is carefully wrapped in packing paper ( I have changed from bubble wrap to try and reduce my use of plastic) and posted in a Jiffy bag if size permitting, if not it is double wrapped in corrugated cardboard, brown paper and then securely taped.
