Description: For your consideration, an antique Prattware English transferware blue mustard jar with a boar hunting scene. This jar has the old English registry marking on the bottom indicating the date August 19, 1856. Finding the registry mark is uncommon on these jars. Jar is in excellent condition. No chips, No cracks, just some light crazing. Measures about 4" inches tall with an approximate 3" inch diameter at the widest point. Excellent overall condition, selling as I found it and I have not even cleaned it, absolutely as found. English Registry Mark: The top Roman numeral IV indicates that the jar is a ceramic item, the L indicates the year 1856, R identifies the month of August, and the day it was made was the 19th. The 5 at the bottom indicates the parcel or bundle number. Note: Items description and condition are in the eye of the beholder so PLEASE refer to pictures to help determine this item's attributes to your own satisfaction. I never attempt to modify, clean or repair the items I sell. All sold original as found. Feel free to ask questions or request additional photos if you wish. I will combine shipping; Just make the purchases but do not pay until I send you a combined invoice. All items are sold as found.
