A silver setting frames the carnelian on one side, spinning to bloodstone on the other side. Also called spinner fobs, they were popular during the Victorian period for pocket watches and pendants.Hallmarks are faded and Makers Mark in tact enough for silver authentication.Makers Mark attributed to Birmingham Silver (fine silver and fine craftsmanship).
