Description: This sewing awl was manufactured in 1909. It has seen a bit of use and has had the lettering worn down, and has some dents in the handle. The letters for sterling are still recognizable but the trademark and patent number are still visible. This one still has the retractable slide and works well. The handle appears to be monogramed with the initials LAE.
