Description: - Antique 1915 Quill and Parchment Ribbon Award Paper Ralph L White Syracuse NY - Size: 6 inches x 6 inches - No picture frame is included. - Condition: I found this in an old frame at an 19th century house clean out, but glass was cracked, so I removed it, and I’m selling it unframed. There’s spotting and discoloration, including a discoloration line which use to align with where the crack in the glass was (see photos).
