Description: I have 9 of these enormous medical charts up right now. They are all from the AJ Nystrom Co. of Chicago and were drawn and illustrated by the great Max Brodel, an inovator in the art of Medical Illustration, considered to be The FATHER OF MODERN MEDICAL ILLUSTRATIONS. One is signed by the artist. These are all heavy stock paper on linen. NONE of them have color loss (very good saturation), rips, tears, creases or any damage. They include: 1922-Male/Female Reproductive System to include gestation of a baby. 1939-The Endocrine System 1918-The Head, Mouth & Throat SIGNED BY ARTIST 1918-The Viscera of Chest and Abdomen 1918-The Eyes & Ears 1918-The Heart, Circulation and Hair Growth 1918-The Circulatory & Nervous System 1918-The Muscular System 1918-The Skeletal Frame I HAVE INCLUDED PHOTOS OF ALL THE CHARTS I HAVE UP....BUT ONLY THE ONE LISTED BELOW AND IN THE TITLE IS FOR SALE IN THIS LISTING!!!! ALL THE CHARTS ARE THE SAME SIZE 42 x 64 inches for the image OR, 42 x 71 to include the bottom border. They all have browning along the bottoms from not being completely rolled up when used and being exposed to sunlight. It is very rare to find ones which were used to NOT have this happen. Some also have water lines, but because of the browning, it blends together rather well. This browning is so far on the bottom, it does not distract from the wonderful imagery. This chart...The Endocrine Glands. This is the only chart with any noticable damage to the print...see photo...there is some creasing in one small 3x2 inch area along the bottom left. Other than above mentioned browning, print is in excellent condition...good color saturation, no tears or creases to the linen paper.
