Description: Up for sale is this great pair of 19th century scissors with bust head images of Emperor Franz Joseph (1830-1916) and his Queen Consort, Empress Elisabeth (1837-1898). I am not sure what they commemorate (possibly their 1854 wedding) but the set has 2 bust images on each side of the monarchs. They measure about 6 1/4 inches long. Some wear to the images, commensurate with the antique age of the piece, but the scissors are in nice working order. No manufacturers markings. A great set!! We do not determine shipping costs!
