This bank advertises on a tag on the front for "The Citizens Building & Loan Co. 'On the Square' Canton, Ohio Branch Office North Canton". Canton of course is the home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Bank has a handle on the top and slot on the front for the coins.There is also a hole in the bottom to put paper currency in. The bottom is locked and we don't have the key for opening it. The banks used to hold these. Bank is in good condition overall for its age with some natural wear present. Please see pictures for design and condition detail. Measures about 2" tall by 3.5" wide by 1 and 3/4" thick.Wonderful old small brass savings bank from Ohio would be a great find for your collection. Don't miss it.
