For its age this is in exceptional condition. The mahogany case hinged at the middle to open to a roulette type spinning metal wheel and ivory ball and scoring dial, fitted with four sets of six playing pieces representing the Queen, the Chevalier, the Connectable, the Herald, the Page and the Dwarf, each piece painted with a vignette of the character, a geometric diagram denoting the power of the piece and its numerical value, complete with instructions printed in English and French, a folding card playing board and two original the box 20cm wide when closed.
