The lot includes 3 Cabinet Photos, 2 Picture Postcards and 2 Sheets of Graded School Work from Evelyn. A bit about Evelyn Hanscom (Green): Evelyn Hanscom (later Green) was an artistic child as evidenced by an early grade school sketch book full of colored drawings, mainly of flowers (NFS). She was later known for her period Dolls with appropriate Period Costumes. The story goes that she sold her collection in later years to the Smithsonian (passed on by family members, I can't substantiate this claim). You can still find examples of her dolls for sale online.
