Description: Antique ca. 1899 "Cash Register Savings Bank" - Still Bank - Rare! Very rare antique "Cash Register Savings Bank." Ca. 1899. Measures approx. 4 3/4in x 2 3/4in x 5 3/4in. Cast iron round shaped registry bank with three feet. Nickel plated face cover with round gazing window over printed litho. Three registry windows operating with push button lever. Internal workings will need adjustment to function as it did in 1899. Currently the push level goes down and the far right number moves but not fully with each push. Retains approx. 85% of original finish. This bank is represented in "The Piggy Bank Book" as figure 1538. Please view pictures closely as they are part of the description.
