Description: Up for sale is a framed cabinet card / mounted photo on card stock backing of some men fishing at a campsite. Several fishing poles visible. The young boy is holding a baseball bat. There is an american flag flying too. Tent in the background. Framed. No glass though and the front has lots of wear and staining. Not sure if the original frame but it could be. Right period. It has a backing board that has Elks scratched into it. Not sure if these men were the Elks or not. Again the frame could easily be a later addition. Photo is stamped with the photographer and they were from Meshoppen Pa. Population peaked at 630 people in 1910. Not sure if these were tourist or locals. I found this recently at a Baseball Card show outside of Cincinnati. Frame is just over 13 and half inches by just over 11 and half. Photo is roughly 8 by 5 and 3/4 inches. Condition: Lots of scratches and staining to the card and to the photo. Still easy enough to see but definitely damaged. Frame has some wear. Overall still displays ok but definitely has some damage. The scratches probably show up best in the video.
