Description: Great condition, size 7 . Handcrafted from celluloid, the first plastic, which was invented in the late 1800s. Each ring is made over a 2-3 week period, using fragments of celluloid chemically welded together, then filed into shape, sanded smooth, and polished. No power tools used, no molds, no pouring. Multi-colored layered band with multi-color side pieces. The top has a layer of royal blue, yellow, black, and white. Very colorful ring !! Made by craftsman Jerry Dodd, son of Robert "Bob" Dodd (1917-2008), famed celluloid craftsman.
