Description: Very attractive, timeless, solid hardwood. The wood doesn’t look like oak, possibly hickory or chestnut, very attractive grain. In areas of heavy use like the seat the varnish is worn off in other areas some remains. There are some dings, scrapes, scratches, soiling, paint drops etc. The chair is solid shape some of joints have a little movement like you would expect in an antique. I think it’s a beautiful piece. The 5th photo shows where a tray had been mounted, that tray no longer exists. The teddy bear is not included.
