Description: RARE, Antique Chinese Porcelain Bok Choy and BUTTERFLY Vase Tongzhi mark on Bottom! A Chinese porcelain vase shaped like the Bok Choy cabbage plant. The body looks like four stalks growing up to the leafy ends around the top. The rim is a scalloped edge in the shape of the plant leaves. The Bok Choy seams to have attracted two butterflies. The interior is decorated in a turquoise enamel. The stalks are decorated in a flat enamel and the rest in a high glaze enamel. The foot rim is unglazed and neatly shaped. There is a Tongzhi reign mark (1862-1874). The lip of the vase has a bleeding of the colors together. The condition is very good with no other flaws.
