Description: Antique Cigar Humidor Glass Jar Patented December 7 1915 Clear w/ Lid Amazing condition - no chips or cracks that I can detect. There is a line on the lid under the "handle" - but to me it looks like a factory defect seam. Measures approx. 6 7/8"H and 5.25" in diameter (with lid on). Weighs 2lbs 13.4oz. Great look to it - has air bubbles in the glass from when it was made (see last photo for close-up of one of them). Jar is also starting to turn amethyst I think - it certainly has a tint to it. Lid reads: "Patented December 7,1915" Could be used again for its original purpose to hold cigars, or would also make a great display piece for holding things like marbles, buttons, etc. Will be very carefully packaged and shipped quickly.
