Description: This watch is stamped in multiple places with “R BREESE” on the indicating that its original owner was Captain Kidder Randolph Breese USN (14 April 1831 – 13 September 1881), who was an officer in the United States Navy during the Mexican–American War and the American Civil War. Condition: It is in poor condition. Not running and needs repair. The case back is broken from the hinge. Honestly, if it didn’t belong to Breese, it probably would have been scrapped for the Silver by now. I almost scrapped it until I did a little research into who it belonged to. Below is some specific information regarding the movement. MAKE AN OFFER!!! Elgin National Watch Co.
