Description: Antique Double Sided Civil War Sketch Engraved Prints Fort Beauregard, 9th Indiana Volunteers. The first print shows the interior of a Confederate fort with soldiers protecting and using it. It says, “Interior view of Fort Beauregard, on Bay Point, opposite Fort Walker, Port Royal, SC”. The second print shows an attack between two groups of soldiers. It says, “Scouting party of the Ninth Indiana Volunteers, or, as they were called, “The Tigers of the Bloody Ninth””. The third print shows a scouting party of soldiers. It says, “Discovery of a Confederate Battery at Messech’s Point by a scouting party of the Tenth Regiment of New York Zouaves”. These sketches come from a Civil War publication and measure 17” x 11”. Please see photos for any signs of wear.
