Antique Ernst HEUBACH 1900-0 German Bisque Doll Leather Body 22” Teeth Eyes Open

Description: This doll is very old and in need of some TLC. She was in a very large collection of German dolls and was one of the oldest and most rare. This doll has a leather body, bisque head and hands, and cloth legs and feet. Her eyes open and are deep brown. Her mouth is open and you can see her four teeth. I’m going to describe her as best I can from head to toe. Please see pictures. They are a huge part of understanding exactly what you are getting. I do not accept returns. Top of her head she is wearing a brown medium length wig that was glued on. The front is still attached. You can see her eye mechanisms which still work well. Her eyebrows, eyelashes, blush and lipstick are painted on. She has a dimple on her chin. On her back there is a small marking I cannot make out but maybe a 6 and below just above her leather Body says 1900-0. Her leather upper body is rough with her arms nearly separated. She is stuffed with sawdust. Her lower body is severed from the top half. Her bisque hands are intact although one finger may be missing or may be designed that way and curled up. It looks possibly missing a finger. Her lower body is covered with sewn on pants and socks. Her shoes are in good shape. She comes with her red and white striped dress, bloomers, and a petticoat undercoat. See pictures. When put together she would be around 22” tall. I can’t find another doll like her. She is ready for restoration and will be an incredible find and add to a vintage doll collection.
