Description: A 6 1/4 inch wide fancy ANTIQUE souvenir plate from INDIANAPOLIS INDIANA. This is a unique plate with a picture of the INDIANA STATE CAPITOL building as it looks back in the 19th Century. It is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE plate as well with advertising on the back, dating from the late 1800s - early 1900s, well OVER 100 years old. Plate reads: "INDIANA STATE CAPITOL / INDIANAPOLIS, IND." Back reads: "DESIGNED / FOR / THE WM. H. BLOCK CO., / INDIANAPOLIS, IND. - HAND PAINTED THE JONROTH STUDIOS GERMANY." Condition: Plate is in excellent clean condition. It has NO cracks, chips, dings, damage, etc. The plate holder is NOT part of this sale, it is just a prop to hold the plate for photo'ing.
