THE BACKSTAMP DATES THIS PLATE TO THE 1920'S. IT IS ARTIST SIGNED ON THE FRONT OF PLATE, FACTORY ARTIST PUISOYER. THERE ARE 2 WEAR MARKS ON THE FRONT OF PLATE THAT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY OTHER PLATES STACKED ON TOP OF EACH OTHER, ALSO SOME LIGHT WEAR TO THE GOLD PAINT ONLY ON THE BOTTOM LEFT EDGE ( This can be seen in the last 3 photos).
