The elastic is still good in the vest. Shoulder to him 13 inches under arm all the way across 17 inches. You would have to wear a shirt under this. Sash or belts or scarf is about 52 inches long red cotton skirt fully stretched out 51 inches around. And you can make it a small as a finger. Length 33 inches the material feels across between burlap and cotton and polyester. There are some small stains.there is a hat. Cardboard brim. And the mask which is really falling apart.
