By the Kinkozan studio, Kyoto, Meiji Era (C.1868 - 1912), late 19th century. The body decorated with opposing figural scene panels, depicting Japanese figures in traditional landscapes. The borders filled with a rich cobalt blue enamel and gilt detailing mounted with a pair of handles and resting on three curled legs. Double signed "Kinkozan Zo" with calligraphy signature and embossed factory stamp. One handle restored, and top rim. No further issues. 10.5cm high x 15cm wide. No refunds will be issued for items seized by customs, unless they are returned within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition as when dispatched.
