The base is original to the shade and is 22" to the top of the finial. It is marked 520 and is equipped with 2 brass pull chain sockets. One has a newer interior. It has been rewired with a gold period cloth cord and old plug. The pictures really show the beauty of this lamp and gives the best description so take a good look. This is one fantastic lamp.
