Description: Well kept Montague "splitswitch" with hard carrying case. There are a couple chips in the finish( you can see in the picture), but the rod is in fantastic condition. The Montague Rod Company was the largest volume producer of split bamboo rods from shortly after 1900 until 1955 when it was closed. Beautiful piece of history.
