Description: Up for consideration is an exceptional exotic Mutual Sunset floor lamp. It measures about 13.25 wide at it's widest point and 12 inches square at the base. The height is 58 inches. It has all the bells and whistles...let's start at the base and work our way up. The base has 4 raised bun feet then a beautifully bronzed base with just the right amount of coloration. The square knot above has 4 masked lions facing the 4 directions. Above that a large cylinder of resin emulating carved ivory with particular cultural motifs that I am not familiar with. Quite possibly they are oriental...then the plain bronzed shaft rising up to a Griffin finial. Then an armature which is best known for categorizing the lamp as a bridge lamp. There is a pretty decorative socket cover which leads me to believe that this lamp had and incredible painted Mica lamp shade possibly or a painted screen one. I don't know why for the life of me more people don't see the beauty in such lamps. Please see photos as part of the description. If you have any questions or concerns please message me...
