Description: This antique New Haven Banjo Wall Clock is a stunning piece of history. It features a banjo shape, dark wood color, and a reverse painted glass of Mt Vernon. The clock is 24 inches in height and 8 inches in length. This original clock was manufactured during the 1900-1919 time period and is perfect for any room in your home. Please look closely at photos to see cosmetic defects. The biggest one that I noted was the design in the middle. There is unfortunately some damage there and some general dings around. Once again, I took a lot of pictures so please look closely before purchasing as there are no returns. In terms of functionality, I used a key to wind the clock movement. It ticks as it should, but the hands are not moving forward. Not sure what the issue is. I looked at the movement and the gears are moving as they should. Perhaps it is easy to fix, such as something needing to be oiled, but that is not my forte.
